San Francisco, CA – September 22, 2025 – Pine Services Group, a leading provider of mission-critical ERP, CRM, and business software solutions, today announced the appointment of Joel Johnson as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Joel brings more than 15 years of finance and operations leadership experience, guiding high-growth startups and established enterprises through complex financial and operational challenges. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of Finance & Compliance at Suzy, a Series D, VC-backed SaaS company, where he scaled a multi-disciplinary team across finance, legal, IT, and information security while helping grow annual recurring revenue (ARR) from $8 million to $73 million.
His career spans leadership roles across SaaS, consumer goods, and manufacturing, with a proven record of driving growth, optimizing capital management, and building strong cross-functional partnerships. Based in Atlanta, Joel is also a husband and proud father of three boys, a dedicated runner, youth sports coach, and lifelong Buffalo Bills fan.
