Lela Day
Lela supports talent and people operations for Pine Services Group. Prior to joining Pine, Lela worked as the People Insights & Talent Acquisition Manager for Riverside Insights, an EdTech company within the Alpine Investors portfolio.

Preston Harris Group Controller
Preston Harris
Preston is the Group Controller for Pine Services Group. Prior to joining Pine, he held accounting and finance leadership positions at private equity-backed operating companies.

Dustin Anderson Chief Growth Officer
Dustin Anderson
Dustin Anderson is a seasoned international software executive with a strong background in sales and operational management. He is recognized for his strategic leadership and ability to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. Dustin has led high-performing teams in both global billion-dollar companies and fast-growing startups, managing P&Ls across various sales models.
Before joining Pine Services Group, Dustin was President of SoftwareONE’s global construction startup and held executive roles at Sage and SAP. Outside of work, he enjoys family time and has traveled to over 40 countries.

Adib Choudhury Chief of Staff
Adib Choudhury
Adib supports due diligence, operations, and organic growth initiatives for Pine Services Group. Prior to joining Pine and the Evergreen community, he was on the corporate development team at Aledade, a healthtech startup in Washington DC.

Isabel Vichot-Hagan Accounting Manager
Isabel Vichot-Hagan
Isabel is Pine’s Accounting Manager, supporting the finance/accounting onboarding process and ensuring all reporting requirements for Pine’s stakeholders are met. She began her career in public accounting at PWC and has been in various accounting/finance roles.
Inspiration: Fall asleep with a dream and wake up with a purpose.
Tommy Dziedzic CFO
Tommy Dziedzic
Tommy brings over a decade of private equity expertise to the helm. Most recently he was President and CFO of a mitigation and restoration services company, where he orchestrated strategic acquisitions to drive regional expansion.

Nicole Mulrooney
Nicole keeps the rest of the Pine Services Group in line. She brings multiple years of experience in entrepreneurship, analytics, and project management to team.

Grant Field Senior Talent Associate
Grant Field
Grant supports the building out of the consulting sourcing & recruitment function at Pine. Prior to joining Pine directly, Grant worked as the Senior Technical Recruiter for Strategic Information Group, and ERP Consulting company in the Pine ecosystem. Grant has spent the entirety of his career specializing in Technical Recruitment in both agency and corporate recruitment environments.

Conor Melbourne M&A Specialist
Conor Melbourne
Conor supports M&A and helps lead Pine’s inorganic growth strategy. Conor spends his time identifying opportunities, speaking with business owners and focusing on deal execution. Prior to joining Pine and the Evergreen community, he sat on the investing team at Alpine Investors.
