Partnership gives Pine’s value-added resellers an AI foundation that makes operational data inside Sage, NetSuite, Microsoft, Acumatica, QAD, SAP Business One, Epicor and other ERP systems usable, so partners can deliver custom AI applications for end customers under their respective brands.
NEW YORK, NY, September 1, 2026 – Today, Structify and Pine announced a partnership that makes Structify’s AI foundation available across Pine’s 18 operating companies and the roughly 10,000 mid-market customers they collectively serve. Pine’s value-added resellers can deploy that foundation for their own customers and build custom AI applications on top of it, extending the ERP systems they have already implemented, rather than replacing them.
Structify’s foundation is made up of five capabilities that enable partners and customers to build, deploy, govern, and maintain custom AI solutions over time. The five components of Structify’s foundation include deployment of AI applications to end users, security in how those applications and their data are handled, permissions and compliance through access controls, audit logs, and data-processing agreements, reliability through consistent, trusted ways of building solutions, and maintenance that makes those solutions easier to operate and evolve over time.
“Our partnership with Structify is an important part of Pine’s strategy to bring practical, high-value AI solutions to our operating companies and, ultimately, to their customers,” said Chris Milan, VP of Strategic Partnerships at Pine Services Group. “Structify provides a powerful way to transform complex and fragmented data into structured, actionable intelligence, giving our teams the ability to build smarter, more efficient solutions for the markets they serve. By combining Structify’s technology with the deep industry expertise and trusted customer relationships across the Pine Community, we can help our customers identify new opportunities, automate data-intensive processes, and make better-informed decisions. This partnership is about moving AI from conversation to real-world application and creating measurable value for our customers,” said Chris Milan, VP of Strategic Partnerships.
Three of the main features that make Structify’s foundation possible are a context handbook, data map, and connectors, all of which are continuously updated as a customer’s systems, terms, and processes change. The data map is a directory of where every piece of information lives across every connected source. It pinpoints which system and which field holds a given piece of information, whether that is a CRM record, an ERP table, or a column in a spreadsheet on someone’s Google Drive. It also matches records across systems, so the same customer appearing under three unrelated IDs is recognized as one.
Structify’s context handbook captures how a specific business operates: what its internal terms mean, how its daily processes run, which anomalies are routine, and which are worth flagging. Context is also maintained between sessions, so a user’s tenth session is just as informed as their first. Underneath both sits the connection work. Connectors enable Structify to integrate with customer’s existing systems, allowing teams to layer automations on top of the foundation easily- routing enriched records into a CRM, triggering alerts when a watched account changes, or supporting whatever workflow their specific use case demands. Structify supports more than 3,000 system connections across ERP, CRM, email, document stores, ticketing, and line-of-business applications, and handles structured and unstructured data in the same layer, so contracts, PDFs, and correspondence are parsed alongside ledger and transactional records. Connections read and write, which means workflows execute against live systems rather than producing another read-only extract. No migration or re-platforming required.
In tandem, these features help front-load much of the work that usually stretches a custom build across months, and allow every application built afterward to inherit an accurate picture of a business. With Structify’s foundation in place, Pine’s resellers can put working solutions in front of their customers in weeks rather than quarters. Deployment, security, access controls and audit logging, reliability, and ongoing maintenance are handled the same way every time, so partners spend their effort on the customer’s actual problem instead of rebuilding the same groundwork. What a partner builds for one customer becomes an offering for the next, so each engagement starts further along than the last. Customers get a system that keeps getting better after go-live, not a project that ends at delivery.
Customers also feel the effect. Through Structify’s partnership withThird Wave Business Systems, an end client is now able to match records at scale against more than 100,000 SAP records and analyze data across sources that were previously siloed. Questions that once took hours of manual work are answered in minutes, and leaders finally have visibility into production, procurement, and sales from one cohesive, current picture. The client is now utilizing Structify’s foundation across four teams organization-wide, queries run smoothly on established rules and context drawn from a single source of trustworthy, current data, and live governance and connector approvals keep automation safe while giving leadership control over who can access sensitive information.
This partnership formalizes work already underway across the Pine community. Structify’s first engagement in the portfolio was with Third Wave Business Systems, SAP’s first Gold Partner in North America, and has since extended to i-Tech Support, ETHOSystems, DB Computer Solutions and Equation Technologies, among others. Those six span four ERP publishers and verticals including discrete and process manufacturing, distribution, construction and real estate. Click to see Pine’s entire portfolio of companies.
Security and governance are also a top priority. Structify holds SOC 2 Type II certification with annual audits, and is HIPAA, GDPR, and CMMC compliant. “AI has mostly been built with large enterprises in mind,” said Gabriel Broome, Head of Partnerships at Structify.” Meanwhile a large share of SMB and mid-market companies in manufacturing, construction, and distribution have been left out. That’s why we’re so proud and grateful to be partnering with Pine, whose incredible operating companies have spent decades learning these businesses inside and out. Our goal is to give them, and their end customers, the proper tools to accelerate growth and add long-term value. This partnership allows us to do just that.”
