Alliance Solutions Group’s Chief Revenue Officer brings two decades of go-to-market and revenue operations experience to Pine’s portfolio of operating companies
SAN FRANCISCO, CA – October 6, 2026 – Pine Services Group (“Pine”), a holding company within Evergreen, today announced that Andy Rashid has been named Operating Advisor, Revenue, effective October 2026. Rashid moves into the role after 20 years at Alliance Solutions Group (“Alliance”), a Pine operating company and Sage’s largest global partner, where he has served as Chief Revenue Officer since 2023.
Building a revenue engine at Alliance
Rashid has been on both sides of the table in the Sage ecosystem, first as a customer through his family’s construction business and later as a partner and territory manager at Alliance, contributing to pipeline while leading and managing a sales team. When Alliance partnered with Pine in October 2023, he stepped into a dedicated Chief Revenue Officer role and took ownership of the full revenue engine: new logo acquisition, in-life and renewals, marketing, and partnerships.
What he built in that seat became the foundation Alliance runs on today:
- The team. A sales organization with a high accountability bar and a genuine team atmosphere, two things most companies treat as a trade-off. Coaching sellers into territory owners who run their patch like their own business has been the most rewarding part of the role.
- A revenue operating system. One command center for pipeline, forecast, and performance in place of scattered spreadsheets, paired with a documented playbook across all revenue motions. Qualification rigor and data discipline became the standard rather than the exception.
- Scaling the Sage Intacct practice. Alliance is Sage’s largest partner globally. A large portion of growth came since 2023, from helping clients navigate the move to a native cloud ERP, expanding subscription and services revenue year-over-year while creating measurable efficiency for clients.
- A partner ecosystem. A tiered strategy built around the platforms clients use day to day, converting ad hoc referral relationships into structured agreements that protect the client base, drive client outcomes, and generate pipeline for the firm.
Continuity for the Alliance team and client base
Bill Easton, currently Vice President of Direct Sales, will step into oversight of revenue operations as Chief Revenue Officer at Alliance. Easton brings a long-tenured history at Sage and deep familiarity with the construction and real estate ecosystem Alliance serves. He has partnered closely with Rashid on the go-to-market motion the team runs today, making him well positioned to carry that work forward without interruption for clients.
Rashid will also remain engaged with Alliance in an advisory capacity, providing additional continuity for the team and the client base.
“What I’m most proud of at Alliance is the team we’ve built, a team with a unified vision of running a velocity-paced go-to-market motion,” said Rashid. “Bill Easton has been a great contributor and partner in this journey, and I’m excited to see where Bill and the team take the momentum we created together. At Pine, I get to take that same operator’s lens across a portfolio. I’ve spent my career in one vertical, in the weeds with contractors and the people who serve them, and there’s real leverage in helping other Pine companies shorten the distance between a signal and a closed deal.”
Extending the operator’s lens across the portfolio
As Operating Advisor, Revenue, Rashid will work with leadership across Pine’s portfolio of operating companies on revenue strategy, pipeline and forecast discipline, CRM best practices, KPI monitoring and dashboard design, partnership structure, account management processes, all anchored in an AI and technology first approach. A central part of the role is mentorship: coaching the next generation of revenue leadership on how to scale a business sustainably.
Rashid described the move as an extension of his path rather than a departure from it. “Pine is where I learned to operate at a different altitude, and the advisor seat lets me apply two decades of pattern recognition broadly instead of narrowly. The best operators I know eventually get more leverage from multiplying other teams than from running one.”
“I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Andy for more than ten years, and in that time he’s proven something over and over: great sales organizations are built, not born. Andy is stepping back from day-to-day leadership at Alliance, but not from our community. As an advisor to Pine, he’ll bring that same discipline and mentorship to companies across the entire portfolio.” said Dustin Anderson, President of Pine Services Group.
