With more than three decades of experience in construction and construction technology—including 13 years at Sage—Stephens brings unmatched insight into the Sage ecosystem, the construction customer base, and the partner landscape that Alliance serves. Stephens is following the footsteps of Founder and former CEO, Michael Griffith. Pine Services Group partnered closely with Alliance to identify and appoint Stephens, whose deep roots in the construction industry and prior leadership role at Sage uniquely position him to guide Alliance through its next phase of expansion.

During his tenure, he helped drive record growth, launched Sage construction products into new global markets, and built and led high-performing teams.
