Preston Harris VP of Finance
Preston Harris
Preston is the VP of Finance for Pine Services Group. Prior to joining Pine, he held accounting and finance leadership positions at private equity-backed operating companies.

Conor Melbourne M&A Specialist
Conor Melbourne
Conor supports M&A and helps lead Pine’s inorganic growth strategy. Conor spends his time identifying opportunities, speaking with business owners and focusing on deal execution. Prior to joining Pine and the Evergreen community, he sat on the investing team at Alpine Investors.

Brian Howell Executive-in-Residence
Brian Howell
Brian is an executive in residence at Pine supporting their many OpCo’s by providing finance leadership and support. Prior to joining Pine and Evergreen, Brian was on the strategic finance team at GoTo Technologies, a PE owned SaaS company based in Boston.

Isabel Vichot-Hagan Assistant Controller
Isabel Vichot-Hagan
Isabel is Pine’s Assistant Controller, overseeing all financial initiatives and ensuring reporting requirements for Pine’s stakeholders are met. She gained experience in public accounting at PWC and has been in various accounting/finance roles throughout her career.

Jake Kaufman Accounting Manager
Jake Kaufman
Jake is the Accounting Manager for Pine Services Group. He supports the finance/accounting operations at Pine and its operating companies. He began his career in public accounting at PWC and holds a CPA license in the state of Florida.

Mackenzie Kashchy Growth Associate
Mackenzie Kashchy
Mackenzie is the Growth Associate at Pine, supporting sales and marketing efforts across the Pine community. For the majority of her career, Mackenzie has been a digital strategist – executing holistic marketing campaigns for clients ranging across many verticals.

Elan Molko Operations Associate
Elan Molko
Elan supports organic and inorganic growth across Pine’s portfolio. Prior to joining the Pine team, he held roles on Evergreen’s Value Creation Team and at EFTG, a software platform under Alpine Investors, where he focused on driving organic growth.

Grant Field Senior Talent Associate
Grant Field
Grant supports the building out of the consulting sourcing & recruitment function at Pine. Prior to joining Pine directly, Grant worked as the Senior Technical Recruiter for Strategic Information Group, and ERP Consulting company in the Pine ecosystem. Grant has spent the entirety of his career specializing in Technical Recruitment in both agency and corporate recruitment environments.

Laurel Shoor
Laurel is a Talent Associate at Pine, leveraging her recruitment experience to fuel the success of the team.
